I always enjoyed running into John and Gladys, usually at a community supper or an agricultural event. Gladys was full of smiles and had a positive outlook on things, i always felt better for having seen her. The thing i will remember about John and Gladys is that they loved each other and we're good friends, you could tell by how they looked at each other. I'm sorry for your loss as a family but how fortunate we all were to have known her. Barry Wanamaker

To all family members, We were sad to read of the passing of your beloved Mother, Gladys was a great lady and friend, she lived life in her own quiet way, with faith, dignity and grace. She would do anything for anyone in need and I can't remember a time when I didn't see that beautiful smile, even in the worst of times for her with health issues., she will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. We spent many fine hours in each others homes, sharing laughter and stories over a cup of tea and a sandwich, I'm so glad to have all the memories, John and Gladys were meant to be together.
