We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Sandy. We both have many fond memories of visits with Sandy and especially those summers that she and Peggy & Patti spent in Ottawa with me while the girls skated. I was always in awe of the skating outfits she would sew for the girls. She was very talented at many crafts!! Sandy touched many lives and she will be missed by many. I remember many fun times in nursing school when her wit and calm quiet manner calmed many a storm. She was an excellent and compassionate RN.
Sandy and her family welcomed me into their home after graduation while working in Moncton, and in 1965 she travelled to Ontario
to be my maid of honor.
It was a pleasure to have Sandy as a friend.

I met Sandy when my Mum was in Relief Care at Kiwanis Nursing Home many years ago and Sandy came to Mum's house to see her just before she was admitted. Sandy was a great nurse and a wonderful lady.
