My sincerest condolences to Joan & to everyone who loved Ken. He was a very special man & touched the lives of anyone who had the pleasure of speaking with him. We will miss seeing Ken on his daily walk & our visits with him & Joan on their front porch. Keeping his family in my thoughts & prayers at this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about Ken. We have been neighbors for 15 years. Ken was always out and about and enjoyed talking to everyone. He and Joan always had treats for all the neighborhood dogs. Our sincere condolences to Joan and all of the family. He will certainly be missed. Jeff and Rose Fuller

I am so sorry for your loss. I used to run into Mr. Fowler often when I lived in Sussex and we always had a great chat, often sharing stories of Fredericton. He was a fine man.
