I will remember Skip as kind, quirky and always at the ready with a random fact, vintage film recommendation or a laugh at something silly. He was a steadfast presence in my family throughout my life and a loyal friend to my father. He will be missed. My condolences to Mary Lea.
These were thoughtful gentlemen in the 1991 Science Department of Sussex Regional High School. They hosted a bridal shower for me and treated me at Two Brothers Restaurant in Petitcodiac. A lot of good memories working with these boys.
We enjoyed some wonderful times together in Florida and have warm memories of our times. Our sincere condolences to Mary Lea and all family and friends.

So sorry for your loss MaryLea. I had Mr Stafford for Economics in grade 12 and it was one of my favourite classes due to his humour and the sparkle in his eyes. I believe it was the first class of the day. What a great way to start. Take care in the days to come.

I am so very sorry and send my love to MaryLea and Alan and the whole family. I will always remember the long weekend trips to Fundy National Park and of course Skip’s humour. So many lovely memories of time spent with Skip and Marylea.

I remember having Skip as my home room teacher and I believe David had him for a teacher as well for one of his classes.
We last saw him at Art’s funeral with Marylea.
My condolences to his family. Losing a loved one is immeasurable.
I met Skip while working at the restaurant in town. He was also kind, humorous, and full of jokes. It was a pleasure being your waitress one final time, and will miss seeing your smiling face walk through the door.
I hope they have cold drinks and chicken wings up there in heaven.

I am so saddened to learn of Skips passing. There are so many memories but the eggnog making is definitely one. The other was his ability to use our phone to contact the Buckingham Palace to speak to the Queen. The proof is in the phone bill, I still pocess which reads " Buckingham Palace"! My condolences to Marylea and the family.
We were so sorry to hear about Skip. Always a friendly wave or a remark about the Leafs. Such a great neighbour for so many years .. Brookview is going to miss him immensely.

I was saddened to read of Skip's passing.
I had the pleasure of getting to know him while serving with him (for many years!) on the Board of Directors for the Nutrien Civic Centre during the planning stages many years ago. He was always such a pleasure and was always looking out for the very best interests of the community.

Mary Lea, So sorry to hear about AL. I took Economics from him in High School and it had a lasting influence on me. He was probably the single biggest reason i ended up working in banking Later I played on the Alpines with him, not as big an influenc but more fun. I saw him more recently a couple of years ago at the Alpines 50 year reunion. It was good to have the chance. .
