My fondest memories of Nathan go back quite a few years. A lot of them are in Europe, but when I think of Nathan And fond memories, I know the ones that are going to stick out in 50 years from now is us talking on the phone the night before he died. we often spoke 5,6 & 7 hours and we had so much to share with each other and we both understood. Nathan had a great memory and it went back along time. The last night that I shared with him was the night before he died, we were talking away and I was playing Music in the background, We both picked up on one song “when he was on the cross I was on his mind”. I said to Nathan isn’t that something? That many years ago Christ was thinking of you and I when he was on the cross, I said that is really something. I knew both of us were really giving this a lot of thought of how many times Christ had to forgive us and we shared that, He asked me if I would send that song to Carolyn. He wanted to hear it again. This is a memory. I will never forget. I tried so hard to get that song out to Carolyn, but I’m not tech savy, I just couldn’t do it. I was playing that song again the next evening, when I got the call that Nathan had passed and I know that’ll be one of my favorite songs because of that night. That evening I was thinking of Nathan & I, and It just come across my mind. This was the first day in my life That Nathan wasn’t in it and boys did that ever bring tears!!! Rest in peace, Nath-I love you Bro!

Dear Carolyn and family, Thinking of you during this difficult time. Nathan was such a nice guy...would often run into him at Salvation Army thrift store,Always enjoyed talking to him and Carolyn about good old times living on O Connell Avenue..One great memory was Halloween time,,,Nathan knew my Mom ( Grace Linden ) made fudge...so Nathan had to have some of that fudge!!...He will certainly be missed.Hugs to all .Please take care and treasure all those wonderful memories.
