Ann passed away in January under the loving care of the healthcare team at the Saint John Regional. Her life was one of endurance and determination.
'Ann was herself'...she valued learning and independence. She earned a degree in history with support from her friends at UNBSJ. Ann worked as a receptionist at Shannex and brought joy and humour to the those who relied on her. She created awesome stories to be shared with her friends. She helped you laugh.
Ann yearned to be accepted in her community and she won the respect of many who witnessed her achievements.
Mass will be celebrated for Ann at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Thursday, April 3rd at noon.
Ann is a memory now, but she left a mark of bravery and love for her faith.
Blessings to all.

“Go rest high on that mountain Ann, your work is done”. I have fond memories of our time together with the Sisters of Charity and when I visited you in your home. Enjoy your heavenly home and just reward. Love Denise

We are so sorry to have read about Ann's passing. We met years ago when we would visit her Mom and Dad and her beautiful grandmother. She was always so friendly and smiling. We lost contact when her parents and brother moved to the west but wish I had known she was only in Saint John as we could have kept in contact and visited.
She sure will soar with the angels and is no longer suffering. RIP my friend.

So sad to hear of Ann's passing. She and I were often partners in chemistry class in high school. Thank goodness for Ann as she understood what was going on much more than I did. Ann was always kind to everyone and always knew when we needed someone to listen. I'm not sure if anyone remembers what a great dancer she was. A big personality with a contagious sense of humor. May you rest in peace, Ann. You will be greatly missed.
