The first time I remember meeting Richard was when I taught Sunday School. He was this quiet, handsome little boy in grade one. I'm thankful that in the last few years I got to meet him again and get to know him a bit as an adult.

Richard was a frequent visitor to the Apohaqui post office during my years there as postmaster. He always had a humerous story , some Apohaqui history or an update on the local news to share.
