Dylan Stewart Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Dylan Stephen Stewart announce his passing on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. He was born in Moncton on November 3, 1997, a beloved son of Jody Stewart and Darci (Wortman) Ingersoll.
Dylan will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Kateland Stewart; his cherished children, Alphonse Stewart and Isabelle McBride; and his brothers Connor Stewart (Ava McCullum), Jackson Stewart, Lincoln Stewart, and Wyatt Stewart. He is also survived by his sister Charlotte Wortman; his stepmother Rebecca (Price) Stewart; his stepfather AJ Ingersoll; his paternal grandfather Laurie Stewart; and his maternal grandmother Judy Wortman.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Sherry (Chapman) Stewart; maternal grandfather Stephen Wortman; and paternal great-grandmother Eva Chapman.
Dylan loved spending time with his children, working on cars, playing video games, and hanging out with his "boys." He enjoyed music and playing guitar, sharing his passion with those around him. He was always cracking jokes and making people happy. We will forever miss his big, goofy, cheesy smile that lit up every room he entered.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place at Havelock Baptist Church on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
