Obituary of Frances Robinson

It is with deep sadness that the family of Frances Agnes Robinson announce her passing, which occurred at the Mill Cove Nursing Home on July 19, 2025. Born in Youngs Cove, NB on August 9, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Shirley and Marjorie (Moss) Howes.

Frances is survived by her sons: Karl Robinson (Melissa) of Grand Manan, NB, Christopher Robinson of Leduc, AB, and Andy Robinson of Cambridge Narrows, NB; her daughter, Karen Wood (Allan) of Cumberland Bay, NB; her grandchildren: Lauren (Christian), Angela, and Kyle; her great granddaughter, Marlow; and her sister, Sandra Kraglund of Cambridge Narrows. Frances is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Frances was predeceased by her loving husband, Lester Robinson; her son, Shane Beck; her sister, Carol Howes; and her brother, Wayne Howes.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) from where a visitation will take place on Saturday, July 26 from 1-2pm, followed by celebration of Frances’s life at 2:00pm. The interment will take place in Cambridge Baptist Cemetery following the service.
