So sorry for your loss !! He was an icon in our community for sure, anytime I had to tell someone where I lived they always asked if I knew Dave !!! Two of my favorite memories were going to visit his mom with you all !! Also going haying in Collina & then out for Sussex ice cream. I guess a third would be listening him tell a story of an experience he had, he was very entertaining !! He will be missed !!

We just received word of Dave’s passing. One of our favorite memories is of Dave trying to get a sick cow on its feet with a fabricated truss fitted around the cow’s stomach which was attached to a pulley on the ceiling of his barn. Dave truly loved his animals. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I first met him when I was in grade five. I remember the day like it was yesterday. He was working in the Moreland Park running the construction grew. He had an impression on me that very first day, I remember thinking as a very young person, wow he seems like a nice man. He was always smiling and had somthing funny to say. Oh and not to forget, there was no one else that could run a huge piece of equipment quite like Dave.

To Dave's family I send my deepest condolences. Ill never forget all the road trips to the Ross's as a kid.
