I’m heartbroken to hear about the tragic and too soon loss of Melissa. It’s hard to put into words the importance of her friendship through my university years, and how tied she was to some of most important years of my life. From late-night talks and spontaneous adventures, she was woven into so many of my memories from university—memories I’ll carry with me forever.
Her kindness, laughter, and spirit left a mark on everyone lucky enough to know Melissa. While we haven't kept in touch as often as I should have, I’ll miss her more than words can say, but I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared and the friendship we built.
Sending love and strength to everyone who’s feeling this loss, far too soon - to both Scott and the Rouse Family. May you find comfort in each other and in the memories that will keep Melissa close forever.
