Condolences to Delbert's family -
It was always a joy to see Delbert walk through the backdoor when I was working at All Seasons, I always made sure to find myself free whenever he would be around as it meant we were about to be doing something interesting!
I also remember him as one of the instructors for my hunter safety course, years before I met him as a handyman. The specific ways in which he taught us to properly clean our tools sticks with me decades later, right along with the way he'd laugh at his own jokes.
I'm glad I had the chance to meet Delbert, and I'm sorry to hear of his passing.

Joyce and family…our deepest conscience on Delbert’s passing. Clark has many fond memories of Del from the mine. I didn’t know him well but can honestly say, he was always pleasant with a smile on his face.it was nice to get together last summer for a nice supper and catch up. I know he will be missed.

We were so sad and sorry to hear of the passing of Del. Great memories of him being my cub leader, my safety hunter course instructor, softball days with Del being one of the pitchers, working together at Lawson Motors and starting work at the PCA Potash mine, on the same day and in the same department. He always kept things fun. Lots of laughs and unforgettable memories! Our thoughts are with Joyce and all of the family at this very sad time.

There are no words to express how saddened we are by your loss. Delbert was a man who had integrity and character. He had balance, confidence was courageous. He had a heart of gold, a caring heart, he spoke words of wisdom, but he had a wonderful gift of listening. He was creative, showed initiative and was detail-oriented with anything he worked on. Dearest Joyce, Mike, Angela, Shawn & Families,
I am both shocked and grieved to hear of Delbert's passing. I have so many memories of his smiling face when he would come into Zellers to see Angela or do some shopping.
