I always appreciated Mary's warmth and kindness in the early years, through our UCW Fellowship Unit at St. Paul's United. Then fellowship turned to friendship, as Mary truly became a wonderful and cherished friend to me. Although I missed her terribly when I moved away from Sussex, I was always so thankful for the memories of our time spent together, and the laughter we shared. I continue to carry those memories with me now.

We were blessed to have had many wonderful years with "Aunt"Mary. Many fond memories of visits to Sussex, NB and their family trips to our cottage in Tidnish, NS. Even if we showed up by surprise, there was always a cup of tea and a meal promptly prepared.
