Obituary of Lloyd McFarlane

Mr. Lloyd Vernon McFarlane, of 366 Waterford Road, Dutch Valley, NB, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on March 25, 2002.

Born in Rockville, NB on May 26, 1924, he was the son of the late John E. and Hazel L. (Arnold) McFarlane.

Lloyd is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Osla Evelyn (McCullough) McFarlane, his brother, Donald E. McFarlane and his wife Phyllis of Roachville, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Lloyd was a retired farmer and a lift supervisor at Poley Mountain. He was a member of St. Mark's Anglican Church and a director of the Kings County Agricultural Museum.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Wednesday 2-4,7-9.

Funeral Service will be held from St. Marks Anglican Church on Thursday, March 28, 2002 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Allen Tapley officiating.

Interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery in the spring.
