MR. STANLEY ALLEN MARKS, of Penobsquis, N.B. passed away at Sussex Health Centre on May 25, 2001. Born in Portagevale, N.B. on October 9, 1929, he was the son of the late Alvin and Nettie (Graves) Marks. Stanley is survived by his beloved wife Edith June (Norden) Marks, 2 sons, Peirce A. and Alvin J. both at home, 2 brothers, Russell and his wife Treva of Sussex Corner and Myles and his wife Helen of Hungary, several nieces and nephews. Stanley was predeceased by his 2 sisters, Pearl Hodgin and Elma Hall, and by a brother, Allison. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Saturday 7-9, Sunday 2-4, 7-9 at Wallace Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Monday, May 28, 2001 at 10:00 am, with Pastor Wayne Johnson officiating. Interment at Pioneer Cemetery Donations made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Kidney Foundation or the memorial of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
