Obituary of Clement McPhee
Mr. Clement R. McPhee of Portagevale Road, Penobsquis passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on October 19, 2011 at the age of 82.
Born in Penobsquis on March 8, 1929, he was the son of Henry Thomas and Irena (Colpitts) McPhee.
Tid will be lovingly remembered by his wife Frances (Dunfield); three daughters, Sue Drisdelle and her husband Val of Penobsquis, Patty Doody and her husband Ralph of South Branch and Jami McLaughlan and her husband Dwayne of Penobsquis;three sons, Roy McPhee, Eddie McPhee and Barry McPhee and his partner Marven Bradstreet, all of Penobsquis;
two brothers, Eugene McPhee and Ruth of Marven Farms and Randall McPhee and his wife Madeline of Penobsquis; four sisters, Phyllis Jones and her husband Robert of Penobsquis, Barb Sears of Penobsquis, Elva Greer and her husband Winston of Petitcodiac and Mildred Folkins and her husband Bill of Pleasant Ridge; seven grandchildren: Katlyn and her fiance Jonathan Theriault, Cole, Carter, Brody, Kyra and Parker; sisters in law Joyce, Leta and Mary McPhee, all of Penobsquis; Paula Humphrey, Patti-Jo Mitton, Peggy Francis and Bryant Dunfield, who were like children to him, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Tid was predeceased by his son, Corey, his brothers: Howe, Emery and Donnie.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, Sussex.
In keeping with Tid's wishes, there will be no visitation. There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 2:00pm. This will be held at the Penobsquis United Baptist Church. Following the service, there will be a time of fellowship with the family in the Church basement.
