I was so sad to hear of Deanne's passing. I knew Deanne growing up in Grand Falls NF. We were a year apart in school, but being a small town and even smaller school, our paths crossed often and we were acquaintances. We cheered together on the school squad, as well. I remember Deanne as. Friendly, funny girl, full of laughter. It has been many years since I have last seen Deanne, and has been , in fact, many years since I have been to Grand Falls, but it still came as a shock when I heard of her passing. In the short time I've come to know the Gray family while teaching Zoe, I have come to appreciate their enthusiasm for life as well as their love and consideration for others.
