Ricky was born on May 27, 1957. He was the son of Margaret (McIsaac) Butler of Cornhill and the late George Butler and the husband of the late Melissa "Lisa" (Bernard) Butler who passed away March 6, 2013. Ricky will live on in the hearts of his mother, his son; Nathan Bernard and his wife Kaylie of Collina, his grandson Noah; his brothers; Paul and his wife Fran of Cornhill, George Jr. of Salisbury, Donald and his wife Carolyn of Shediac Road, Wayne and his wife Tami of Ottawa, his sisters; Diane and her husband Dale of PEI, Ruth and her husband Elvin of Newtown, Patsy and her husband Mike of Havelock; three brothers in law: Jimmy Bernard (Tammy) of Summerside, PEI, Wade Bernard (Brenda) of Slave Lake and Ian Bernard (Julie) of Charlottetown, PEI; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Richard David Butler of Apohaqui passed away on March 12, 2013. In addition to his father and his wife, he is predeceased by by his brothers Bobby, Johnny and Billy. Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506) 433-1176 where visitation will be held from 2pm until the time of service. A service celebrating Ricky's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel tomorrow March 14th 2013 at 3:00 pm.
