Stella Desruisseau was born in Cody's on April 22, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Blanch (Smith) Kincade and was the wife of the late Hollis Delong. Mrs. Stella Dora Desruisseau of Springfield, NB, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 23, 2000 at the age of 80. Stella will be remembered by her daughter, Lois Taylor of Saint John; her son, Danny Desruisseau and his wife Judy of Anagance; brother; Lennie Kincade and his wife Eileen of Codys; brother-in-law; George Munroe of Belleisle; four sisters; Greta Munroe of Sussex, Eula Ford and her husband Grandville of Belleisle, Thelma Stilwell and her husband Gordon of Jemseg, Olive Green and her husband Murray of Apohaqui; sister-in-law; Velma Delong of Case Settlement; daughter-in-law Donna Muir and her husband David of Case Settlement; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren. Stella was predeceased by two sons, Raymond and Lloyd; brother; Sears; three sisters; Lavina,Virginia and Muriel. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 pm . A service celebrating Stella Dora's life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Sunday, March 26, 2000 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place at Riverbank Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
