Cindy Adair was born in Saint John on May 28, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Gloria (Byhre) McKay and was the wife of the late Leo Purtill. Cindy Ann Adair of Cassidy Lake, NB, passed away at the University Hospital on September 27, 1999 at the age of 41. Cindy will be remembered by her three daughters; Angela Jones and her husband Carl of Cassidy Lake, Amy and Kevin of Sussex, Amber at home; one sister; Jacqueline Hamre and her husband Bradley of Hamilton, Ontario; two brothers; Roy McKay and his wife Janet of Cassidy Lake, Paul of Cassidy Lake; grandchildren; Brittany, Brianna, Rebecca, Ashley, and Dustin; also by several nieces and nephews. Cindy was predeceased by a son; Blaine. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 pm .
