Obituary of Anne Marie McArthur
Anne was born on January 5, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Arminda (Sears) Middleton.
Anne loved her family first and foremost and loved when the family all got together. She loved to cook for them and she was a wonderful cook. She also loved to play Bingo so the house had to be clear by four o'clock so that she could get to Bingo. She also loved puzzles, of all kinds, picking berries, hunting and fishing, quilting as well as knitting.
Anne worked hard her whole life to take care of her family. She was the go to person when anyone had a problem. If she could help, she would and never look for anything in return. She was a great person to have as your friend because you knew you could always count on her.
Anne was a strong person. She met this battle with sickness head on. She never felt sorry for herself but only wanted to make sure her children, grandchildren and Ken were going to be fine. She was very proud of her family and they gave her strength with every visit.
Anne was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend; and changed the lives of all that knew her.
Anne's family would like to thank Dr. Symington and the nurses at the Sussex Health Center for the wonderful care that was given to Anne and the comfort and support shown to the family.
