Gerald Price was born in Havelock on July 9, 1931; he was the son of the late Wilfred and Mildred (Giggey) Price. He was a retired general labourer, he was a farmer, a lumberman and a Mechanic. Gerald will live on in the hearts of Willa, his beloved wife of 59 years, his daughter Karen Price of Colpitts Settlement, his son Ken Price and his wife Donna of Sussex, his stepson Bob Clements of Carsonville, four brothers Harold and his wife Clara, Roger and his wife Marg all of Ontario, Vaughan and his wife Carol of Riverview, Darrell of Fredericton, two sisters: Wilma Smith of Dutch Valley and Patsy St. Louis and her husband Mickey of Maine; four grandchildren: Katelyn, Tiffany, Michael and Clarissa; as well as by Edie Price of Moncton who was like a sister to him, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Gerald Arlington Price of Colpitts Settlement passed away at the Moncton Hospital, on July 9, 2013 at the age of 81. Gerald is predeceased by two sisters: Lileice Corkran and her husband Les and Alma Fanjoy and her husband Milton and by his sister-in-law Jackie Price and by his brother-in-law Everett Smith. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A service celebrating Gerald's life will be held from Sussex Wesleyan Church on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm followed by an opportunity to visit with family immediately following the service.
