Jessie Patterson was born in Havelock on March 6, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Daniel R. and Margaret B. (MacKay) Keith and was the wife of Edgar (Ted) Patterson. Jessie was a member of St. Paul's United Church, the Maple Leaf Group at St. Paul's United Church and also a life member of the Kennebecasis Women's Institute. Mrs. Jessie Elizabeth Patterson of Roachville, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on May 1, 1999 at the age of 85. Jessie will be remembered by her husband; daughter; Susan E. Gilbert and husband Neil of Fredericton, NB; three sons; Ronald and his wife Carlene of Amherst; Richard and his wife Barbara of Fredericton; Bill of Toronto; four brothers; James of Moncton, Duncan and his wife Margaret of Moncton, Daniel and his wife Ann of Sussex, John and his wife Frances of London; sister; Esther Alward of Sussex; six grandchildren; Stephanie, Brent, Peter, Christine, David and Theodore (Ted), Allyson; two great grandchildren, Matthew and Ellen; also by several nieces and nephews. Jessie was predeceased by a brother George and two sisters, Beatrice and Marion . A service celebrating Jessie's life will be held from St. Paul's United Church on Monday, May 3, 1999 at 2:00 pm.
