Glendine Smith was born in Curryville on June 29, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Evans and Edwina (Fenton) Smith and was the wife of Murray Smith. Glendine will be remembered by her husband Murray; daughter; Sharon Murray and her husband George of Saint John, three Sons; Murray and his wife Janice of Hampton, Bruce and his wife Yvonne of Picadilly, Robert and his wife Dawnella of Sussex; brother; Alvin Smith and his wife Eunice of Riverview, NB; two sisters; Treva Marks and her husband Russell of Sussex, Helen Richardson and her Husband Gilbert of Upper Coverdale, NB; ten grandchildren; two step grandchildren and three great grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Glendine Smith of Sussex, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 13, 1999 at the age of 70. Glendine was predeceased by three brothers; Ivan, Milford, and Orville and by a sister; Evelyn Carr. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A service celebrating Glendine's life will be held from Sussex United Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 16, 1999 at 2:00 pm.
