Cora Belyea was born in Coles Island on December 26, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Isaac and Nina (Jenkins) Kierstead and was the wife of the late Harry W. Belyea. Mrs. Cora Irene Belyea of Bloomfield, passed away at the Tender Heart Nursing Home on February 24, 1999 at the age of 87. Cora will be remembered by her two daughter-in-laws; Agnes Belyea of Saint John and Sandra Middleton of Sussex; four grandchildren; Brian and his wife Janet of Quispamsis, Albert and his wife Monica of Quispamsis, Donna and her husband Jim Daly of Saint John, Irene Spenceley of Saint John; ten great grandchildren; David Belyea, Jim Daly, Justin Spenceley, Travis Spenceley, John Hanson, Robyn Belyea, Shawna Belyea, Rebecca Belyea, Carrie Daly and Tara Daly; one great great granddaughter; Brittany Hanson. Cora was predeceased by her son; Clement. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm.
