Vera was born in Pearsonville on May 3, 1912. She was the daughter of the late George and Agnes (Smith) Murray and the wife of the late Charles Morrison. Vera will remain in the hearts of her two sons: Murray Morrison and Ron Morrison both of Sussex; her grandchildren: Ronda Proctor and her husband Bobby of Waterford, Rona Kyle and her husband Michael of Berwick, Ronnie Morrison and Bobbie Jo Mitton of Millbrook and Randy Morrison and Karen McMillan of Sussex; her seven great grandchildren: Katie, Charlie, Marley, Hailey, Hudson, Ali and Logan; her sister, Flora Keirstead of Sussex as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Vera Elizabeth Margaret Morrison of Sussex passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on September 7, 2013 at the age of 101. She is predeceased by her daughter-in-law Gloria Morrison, her brother Earl Murray as well as several brother and sister in laws. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Monday, September 9th from 6-8pm. A service celebrating Vera's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Titus Hill Cemetery.
