Obituary of Barry Lorne King
Barry was born in Charlottetown on January 19, 1949 and was the son of the late Ernest Allan and J. Viola (Wood) King.
Barry was a lover of all music and was an avid record collector. He was on top of the "next big thing" in music and was always right. He also enjoyed golfing, reading and hockey. He especially loved the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Moncton Wildcats. Most of all, Barry loved his family and had close knit and unique relationships with all of them; immediate and extended. He will be remembered and loved for his easy going way, his ease of laughter and his unique ability to bring that out in anyone who knew him.
Barry spent his career working in the accounting field. He was employed as the Financial Controller at Doug Bragg Enterprises in Collingwood, NS and considered the Bragg's his extended family.
