Obituary of Paul Blair Anthony

Paul was born in London, Ontario on September 5, 1943. He was the son of the late Paul Seldon Anthony of Kennetcook, Nova Scotia and Adeline (Canon) of Ontario. Paul joined the armed forces at the age of 16. He started work as a mechanic in Peace River, Alberta. Over the years, he worked in Grant's Forest Products in Elk Lake, Ontario, Rebelstook Forest Products in Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia, Houston Forest Products, Houston, British Columbia, Babine Forest Products in Elk Lake, Ontario, and was the owner and operator of Anthony's Furniture in Ontario. Paul retired as a supervisor of Grand Lake Timber in Grand Lake, NB. Paul will be lovingly remembered by Lorna June Ettinger, his loving wife of 48 years; his sons: Scott Anthony and his wife Kim of Sterling, Colorado and Sheldon Anthony and his wife Kathy of Rothesay; his grandson Caleb, granddaughter, Mikayla and his brother Craig Anthony and his wife Pat of Kennetcook, NS. Mr. Paul Blair Anthony of Anderson Drive Apohaqui passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on September 27, 2013 at the age of 70. Paul was husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Their lives are richer because of his presence. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A service celebrating Paul's life will be held from Apohaqui Community Church on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 11:00 am. There will be an opportunity to visit with the family in the Church Hall following the Service.
