Betty was born on March 13, 1946 in Ontario and was the daughter of the late Alice Green. Betty is survived by her daughter: Tracey Butcher and Burt Clements of Sussex; Tracey's father John Harris and his wife Eleanor of Sussex Corner; two grandchildren: Kristopher Butcher and his wife Jody of Penobsquis and Krystal MacKenzie and her husband Timothy of Sussex; five great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" Alice Cardozo passed away on October 23, 2013 at the age of 67. Betty is the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is predeceased by her son: Christopher Jon Lewis and Trevor Allen Harris and by her mother Alice (Green) and her step father Trevor (Tex) Binding. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Friday 1-3 and 6-8pm.
