Well, Andrew before you became a "townie" and left Roachvile, you must have enjoyed being an only child-cause if I recall corrently, my house overrun with girls...your sisters & my sisters...I had 9-10 sisters then and you had none! There was one, I was visiting at Carl's...a football game was going on, on your upper lawn...until the game was called when the football was kicked thru the uprights of the livingroom window. Kids scattered like rats fleeing a sinking ship.
Then I married a girl at the end your driveway, and got to see Del & Rose frequently. In the '90s we started Child's Clothing Store, which we rented from Del. At that time, I had the opportunity to work along side Del, while renos were ongoing. And this quip of Del's, I heard that day at the closed up carwash bay-"THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS...JUST SITUATIONS THAT REQUIRES A SOLUTION"! I never forgot it and still use it today...Thank you DEl
