Norman was born in Youngs Cove on October 28, 1932; he was the son of the late Otty and Edna Lillian (Clark) Fairweather. He is survived by four sisters: Leta Welton of Chipman, Mildred Ivan of Youngs Cove Road, Anna Northrup and her husband Ken of Shannon, Ruth Brown of Youngs Cove Road, two brothers: Ira and his wife Pauline of Highfield and Floyd of Highfield; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Norman Fairweather of Coles Island, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on April 18, 2014 at the age of 81. He is predeceased by his brother, Lloyd; his sisters: Hilda Fairweather and Beatrice Keirstead, his brothers-in-law: Donald Welton and Jim Ivan and by his sister-in-law, Barb Fairweather. Arrangements are entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-3 and 6-8pm.
