It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Jeannine Hourihan of Apohaqui passed away on June 17, 2014 at the age of 84. Jeannine was the wife of the late Raymond Hourihan, who passed away in 2011. Jeannine and Raymond met in Montreal and were married in 1966. They lived in Verdun until they moved to Riverbank in 1979. Jeannine will be lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law: Joyce Hawthorn of Victoria, BC and Carol Brown of Apohaqui, Liz Hourihan of California and Elaine Hourihan of Apohaqui;; her brother-in-law James Hourihan of Sussex; nieces and nephews,Thomas Hawthorn (Debbie), Heather Doyle (Gearn), Tim Hourihan (Sonya), Dan Hourihan (Sheri), Kim Scott (Martin), Dana Hourihan (Mike Perrie) and Shawn Brown. A Celebration of Jeannine's life will be held from the Wallace Community Chapel on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 10:00 am. The interment will take place at Riverbank Cemetery.
