Donnie was born in Sussex on April 30, 1944; he was the son of the late Murray and W. Jean (McEwen) Crothers. Donnie is survived by his wife, Margaret (Moffett) Crothers; three daughters: Laura Schuster and her husband Ben of Sask, Emily Cormier and her husband Ricky of Quispamsis, Andrea Crothers and Brett Burns of Toronto; his brother, George Crothers and Sylvia of Saint John; his sister Sandra Reed of Fredericton and three grandchildren: Noah Cormier, Tessa Cormier, Grace Schuster. Mr. Donald Crothers of Lower Millstream, passed away in his lifelong home on October 12, 2014 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by an infant brother, Edwin. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Wednesday 1-3 and 6-8pm. A service Celebrating Don's Life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 10:30 am.
