Pat was the most patient person I have ever known. I am very blessed to call her my sister. She always had time for family. When my children stayed with her, wether for an hour or over night they would come home with tales about cooking with her, or crafts she would do with them. She truely loved her family.
I loved hearing about her trips to the pond and about the wildlife she would observe. She loved to travel, even if it was just a drive in the country. Simple things made her happy. Her kind gentle way left her mark on each one of us, and those who new her. As gentle as she was, she also was my rock. She had know problem letting me know when I was wrong. Her sense of humor was great and you never knew when she was going to come out with the right remark at the right time. In short she was not only my sister but my best friend as well.
