Obituary of Brenda Tingley

Brenda Lee Taylor was born in Sussex on December 10, 1962. She was the daughter of Stewart and Lois (Desrousseau) Taylor. She graduated from Simond's High School in 1980. She worked at Save Easy in Parkway Mall in Saint John from 1980 - 1988 and on June 18, 1988 she married Tony Tingley, 13 months later Jeremy was born on July 12, 1989 and two years later Alysha was born October 31, 1991. When Brenda was a young girl she enjoyed biking and hanging out at the beach and swimming. She loved family and friends, her dog Febe, Christmas, collecting snowmen, shopping at Connie;'s, being home and decorating her home, music and dancing around the house. She never left home without makeup and high heels and spent every saturday with her sister, mom and niece. Brenda enjoyed gardening and working in her flower beds. She sold Avon, worked for Oak Tree Photography in Hampton, Sobeys in Sussex after Jeremy was born as well as Alysha. She was also President and CEO of Brenda Lee Trucking. She sat on the Recreation Committee for Hammondvale Rink and enjoyed spending time with "Patty, Pam & Pam". Mrs. Brenda Tingley of Hillsdale passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on April 24, 2011 at the age of 48. Brenda is survived by her daughter: Alysha Tingley and Tom MacEachern of Pearsonville and her son Jeremy Tingley and Nicole Lewis of Hillsdale; her mother, Lois (Taylor) Guiotto and her husband Franco of Willow Grove; her father-in-law Mirns Tingley and Stella Linfield of Hillsdale, her sister, Linda McCormick and her husband Dave of Saint John; her brother Ron Taylor of Stewarton, NB, her fiance Ron Fairweather of Sussex and his boys Alex and Steven; two sisters-in-law: Tracy Hanlin and husband Corey of Hillsdale and Tasha McAlary and her husband Chris of Gander, NF; her nieces and nephews: Leslie Day and her husband Brad of Garnet Settlement, Ashley McCormick and Sam Otoo of Saint John, Travis McCormick of Willow Grove, Jason Taylor and his wife Anna of Hatfield Point, Nicole Taylor and Stewart Keith of Belleisle Creek; Adam Hanlin and Kayla Crowe of Smiths Creek, Connor and Lucas McAlary of Gander, Newfoundland; Her great nieces and nephews; Isabelle, Andre, Chaneill, Brad and Lincoln. Predeceased by her father Stewart Taylor in 1996, her mother in law Genny Tingley in 2002 and her husband Tony in 2007.
