Dear Doreen, Dave & family,
Sonny & I were so sorry to learn of Evelyn's passing from his Mom.
Please accept our sincere sympathy in your loss. Evelyn was always a bright spot in life wherever she went with her beautiful cheery smile, friendly manner & always having an enjoyable time at whatever was going on. You could always count on her being there if at all possible.
I even got in on a few quilting sessions with Evelyn and the UCW ladies at Shirley Cooper's many years ago now as well as with Evelyn & my mother-in-law, Rowena Thorne, at Evelyn & Marven's home across the lake from us. Of course we ate lunch too.
Rowena is especially feeling the loss of her special friend & her cousin Marven's wife Evelyn very much. She will miss Evelyn's stopping by for a visit, getting some rhubarb or keeping in touch by letter or phone.
May God be with each one of you to give you His peace and comfort as you go through this very difficult time.
