I am sadden by the loss of a great friend and send my condolences to Margaret's family. I will miss her smile, unique personality, and the great chats we used to have. However, most of all, I will always remember the lessons she taught me through her candour and wisdom- usually over a cold "drink". She was a true friend!

Louise, I was saddened to learn of your Mom's passing. Our Moms are such special people in our lives and it is so hard to say goodbye. Mary, Jane, Susan, Louise,
I feel very honoured to have had a nice visit with your mom two weeks ago. I always admired her strength of character, her inquisitive mind, her intelligence, her exuberance, and her understanding/appreciation of the arts. She welcomed so many into her home and her life, and she encouraged and supported many people in their endeavours.
I will always remember her kindness to my mother, especially when mom had Alzheimer disease, taking her for walks and to church services. Her spiritual openness was a welcome, guiding light to me when she taught Sunday School so long ago.
I am thinking of you all, with the loss of this very special mother of yours.

My condolences to the family. I'm one of Nancy Waters' daughters (the youngest), who was a sister of Margaret's ~ our family has fond memories of visiting with Margaret during the times we spent out East. It's been awhile since I've seen her last - but she was always sharp as a tack and so full of life! Mom always had great stories about Margaret and she really looked up to her. I hope they are together now, in heaven.

Dear Susan, Jane, Louise, Mary and family,
I so admired your mother! She made everyone feel special just to be in her presence. I first knew her as my Sunday school teacher where she made me "think outside the box". As a friend and neighbour on Sunnyside Dr. it was always a pleasure to be around her and discuss so many varied topics and feelings. My thoughts are with you all at this time. What an inspiration she was to me and to so many! As I write this I can hear her laugh and see the sparkle in her eyes.

To Family Members; I am saddened to learn of the passing of your dear Mum.
I have many happy memories of her, her youthful lively interest in almost everything around her made Peggy a very engaging conversationalist.
One sweltering hot day in July, a number of years ago, I was fortunate enough to accompany her and Ellen Curtis on a day trip to Saint Martins. Peggy's genuine love of the area, made the trip all that more special. Her wit and keen sense of history painted a picture of the community I will never forget. Those vivid blue eyes of hers would sparkle with enthusiasm, as we drove by places she obviously held close to her heart.
Please accept my sincere condolences, rest in peace Peggy.
