With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ms. Jessica Ann Miller. Jessica will be lovingly remembered by her Mom and Dad, Gale Miller and Arnie Tays; by her father, Jeff Travis; her sisters: Sammy Miller, Alysha Miller and Julia Miller; her brother A.J.
