Obituary of Fannie Evelyn Snider

 

Mrs. Fannie Evelyn Snider was born in Southampton on September 18, 1912; she was the daughter of the late William Alexander and Alice May (Henwood) Alexander and wife of the late Amos Snider.

 

She will live on in the hearts of her daughters: Joan Brown and her husband Gordon of East Mapleton, NS, Hattie Geldart and her husband Wendell of Sussex and Alice Brebner and her husband Arthur of Springhill, NS; her sons: Willis Snider and his wife Deborah of Smith Creek and Garnet of Belleisle; her Foster Son, Harold Speight and his wife Grace of Walker Settlement; her brothers: James and his wife Olga of St. Petersberg, Florida and Angus and his wife Tynnie of Niagara Falls; 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and one great great Grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.

 

Mrs. Fannie Evelyn Snider of Southampton passed away on November 7, 1998 at the age of 86.
 

She was predeceased by her daughter, Julie; her brothers: Willis, Stan, Gilbert, and Alexander, and by 4 Sisters Hattie, Rennie, Gussie and Gladys

 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Monday 2-4 and 7-9.  

A service celebrating Mrs. Snider’s life will be held from Salvation Army on Tuesday, November 10, 1998 at  2:00 pm.
