Robert Reginald Oakley of 10534 Route 114 Mechanic Settlement, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on September 7, 2015 at the age of 58. Robb was born in Saint John on July 25, 1957, he was the son of the late Reginald and June (Carson) Graham and beloved husband to Susan (Wilson) Graham of Mechanic Settlement.
