Dear Ellen and family members: Oh what great memories I have of Danny, both while working together at PLGS, and socially. Good times guaranteed when he and Ellen were part of the crowd, conversations and jokes shared when his two great friends, Welly Davidson and Dave Morrell, were in our company. I so wish we were able to be there today and tomorrow. Sending all our love to everyone and wishing we could pass on the hugs in person. Danny was a very special person and he will be greatly missed. Sorry to hear of Dan's passing! I got to know Dan when he joined the Fundy Silverados Friendship Club. I have since moved to P.E.I. but always checked on Dan when talking to any Silverado. I know that he has gone through a lot, but thank God he is now at rest! Danny MacDonald

Ellen & family.
We are in Moncton and just heard of Dan's passing, believe me he has been missed
at Silverado's since his health kept him from attending. It was always a pleasure
to sit and tell stories with him and we will always remember the evening we sat together
at the Christmas party, it was so enjoyable Dan will be missed by all who had the privilege
of knowing him. May he rest in Peace.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Dan. He was a wonderful and compassionate man yet sometimes could be a bit contrary (just to see who he could get a rise from). All of what made him the special man he was. Always wanting to tell tales or jokes and would also provide guidance or support when needed. I considered him a friend. May he rest in peace.

To Dan's entire family:
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of a great guy. I was very fortunate to have worked with Dan at Point Lepreau in Mechanical Maintenance and during refurbishment. Dan always had a quick wit and never lacked for a good comeback. He had a very compassionate heart and took special interest in many co-workers in their time of need, yet he had a take no prisoners attitude at other times. He could keep you on your toes and keep you laughing in the same conversation. He is often spoken of amongst some of us old folks that remain at PLNGS and we will continue to have good memories of a great guy. God Bless Dan and all of you.

So sorry about your loss of a great man. I worked with Dan at lepreau when he was with NB Power and again when he came back during the refurbishment and always enjoyed his sense of humour and wit. We worked shift together for a long time and did a few moose hunts together in the late 80's and early 90's he will be deeply missed.
