Obituary of Vivian Edith Cole

Vivian Cole was born in Bell Island, Newfoundland on November 8, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Josiah Gosse and Harriette (Saunders) Gosse both of Newfoundland and the wife of the late Rodney Cole who passed away in 1996. Vivian retired from Canada Packers Poultry after 24 years of dedicated service. She is survived by her daughter Janet Melvin and her husband Erban of Cornhill, her son Alan Gosse and his wife Esther of St. Stephen, eight grandchildren Tammy Melvin (Stewart Chase) of Woodstock, Tasha Melvin of Woodstock, Jacqueline Dupuis and her husband Pierre of Moncton, Carla McCormick and her husband Jason of Alberta, Joe Gosse and his wife Janet of Newfoundland, Norma McAdam and her husband Jason of Saskatchewan, Mark Cole of Petitcodiac and Matthew Cole of Searsville; eight great grandchildren: Zachary, Eric, Nathalie, Manon, Dakota, Portia, Zachary and Ella; two sisters: Marie Lewis of Roachville and Helen Rees of Roachville as well as by several nieces and nephews and her extended family from Roxanne's. Vivian Edith of Roxanes Special Care Home Piccadilly passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on January 27, 2016 at the age of 86. she is predeceased by her son Jerry, her husand Rodney, two sisters: Annie Moore and Loretta Edling; three brothers: Edgar Eveleigh, Herbert Eveleigh and Malcolm Eveleigh. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).
