Mr. Peter Gerald Morgan was born in Mt. Pisgah, NB on October 24, 1923, he was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Purtill) Morgan. In his youth; Peter loved to hunt and play cards, he loved to eat and truly enjoyed whatever he was given. Peter lived in St. Catherine's, Ontario for many years and retired from General Motors where he had worked for over thirty years. After coming back to New Brunswick he drove taxi in both Sussex and Saint John. Eventually, due to ill health, Peter went to live at Berwick Place. He was a very quiet soul; he enjoyed having his sisters visit and looked forward to the treats they would bring to him. Peter is survived by his three sisters: Blanche Morgan and Dorothy McLoughlin both of Sussex and Gertrude Morgan of Niagara Falls, three nieces: Lorraine, Tracy and Donna; two nephews, George and Bradley, all of Ontario as well as several cousins. Peter is predeceased by three brothers: George, Leo and Joseph and by three sisters: Evelyn, Helen and Mary.
