Obituary of Reginald Brown
Mr. Reginald Murray Brown of McGregor Brook Rd, passed away at his residence on March 18, 2011 at the age of 88. Born in Parleeville on January 07, 1923, he was the son of the late Edward James Brown and Mary Ann Bishop.
Reg is a retired Dairy Farmer having farmed for most of his life. He also worked at the Co-Op Feed Mill and Bailey's Saw Mill in Roachville. Reg loved the outdoors and took great pleasure in hunting and fishing. His greatest love was what he felt for his family. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren and this pride was evident when he spoke of them.
Reginald is survived by his wife Jean (Armstrong) Brown, his sons: Glenn and his wife Ruth and Doug and his wife Rosemary all of McGregor Brook Rd; his grandchildren: Scott Brown and his fiancee Lindy Feltmate of Sussex and Rachel Brown and Evan Parlee of Urney Rd; his step grandchildren: Kelly McLellan and Jenna Munro and their families; his great grandson, Jack; his sisters: Olive Nelson of Sussex and Eileen Brown of Apohaqui; his brother, Richard Brown of Parleeville; his special niece, Sheila Drury of McGregor Brook Rd and his caregriver, Debbie Slocum.
Predeceased by his son, Aubrey who passed away in 1953; his brothers: William, Edward, Victor and Arthur and by his sisters: Mary Raymond, Edith Hall and Alice Brown.
