Obituary of Richard Allan Littlejohn
Richard was born in Quebec on September 12, 1962 and was the son of the late Albert and Mary (Byrne) Littlejohn.
Richard worked for many years at the PCS Mine as a Hoistman. He was the shy, quiet type and a man of few words, but he loved his family and spending quality time with them. He loved to joke and laugh and in his spare time enjoyed fixing and tinkering with computers and using his flight simulator.
Richard will live on in the hearts of his beloved wife Beverly; his daughter Sarah Littlejohn (Jeremy Doucette) of Rothesay; his son Adam Littlejohn (Joelle Muise) of Norton and his stepson, Peter Roach and his wife Jody of Calgary; brothers Bill and his wife Gail of Ontario, Jerry and his wife Vitalyne of Quebec, Dan and his wife Nancy of Ontario and Bren and his wife Julie of Quebec; sisters Helen Littlejohn and her husband Rejean Roy, Bernice Fournier and her husband Jean and Cathy Pinette and her husband David all of Quebec; grandchildren Ben, Abigail, Benjamin, Aeriss and Adam's first child who is expected to arrive in July 2016; his close friends Bob and John MacEachern, Alvin Driscoll, Ted Richard and Bill Northrup; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Mr. Richard Allan Littlejohn of Parlee Brook, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on June 17, 2016 at the age of 53.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).
A service celebrating Richard's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on, Wednesday June 22, 2016 at 11am.
