Freya's Light

It is with divine sadness that we announce the passing of Freya Melody Elizabeth Piqugard. Our little powerful one closed her eyes for the last time in our arms on October 17, 2016. Freya's memory will linger in the hearts of her parents, Gabriel Jacques and Dominique Gauthier of Hillsborough; her maternal grandmother, Lise Gauthier and Michel Casavant of Quebec City; her paternal grandparents: Sue Pitman and David Malo of Mt. Pisgah and Paul Jacques of Claire, NS; her great grandparents: Dawn Ballard of King City, ON, Claire Tremblay and Alcide Beaudoin of Quebec City and J. Allison Pitman and M. Gaile Pitman of Yarmouth, NS; her aunts: Melodie Ballard and her son Ezra of Kingston, ON; Sarah Jacques and Braden Silliker of Halifax and Jenna Pitman of Charlottetown; her uncles: Isaiah Jacques and Allison Watson of Springhill and Liam Keith-Jacques of Fredericton; as well as several great aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Freya's light will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 6:00pm.
