Dear Bill and Family,
It is with great sadness that we learned of Joanne's passing. Although she has been ill for quite some time, we were not aware that the end was near. She was a lovely person - always so willing to help anyone who needed it. She is now in a better place - no more suffering or pain. Hopefully that knowledge will help to lessen your pain at this very difficult time. Remember there are others thinking of you.
