Our hearts are absolutely broken that Tammy was taken from everyone who loved her. John and I knew Tammy for such a short time, meeting her and Ann in Cuba in February.
She made me laugh and I still cannot believe she got me to dance on stage and take salsa lessons by the pool!
Tammy had so much to look forward to and we cannot believe she is gone.
Our heartfelt condolences go to her children, granddaughter, Anne and all who loved her.

We cannot express our sadness. When we needed help, who was there, everyday with a paint brush in her hand, Tammy... she was the first to be there for others, so kind and so special. Was shocked when I read about Tammy. Can not begin to imagine the grief you are feeling. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. To all of Tammy's family: please accept our deepest condolences. My husband and I, along with 2 other friends, met Tammy and her sister Ann while on a trip to Cuba. We met them literally within minutes of getting on the bus to the resort as they were sitting in the back near the bathroom. On my trip to the look...I discovered there was no T.P.....but the sisters to the rescue!
We spent every day together after that: in the pool, at the beach, our meals. We referred to them as our NB girls. We were even hoping to travel again to the same resort in the near future.
Ann (and family), please know you are in our thoughts at this difficult time. I still find it shocking, as you all must as well, but I know she would have had a smile on her face if riding her motorcycle. She talked about how much she loved it, how free it made her feel.
