Obituary of Bonnie Lorraine Payne

Mrs. Bonnie Lorraine Payne was born in Sussex on May 15, 1960; she was the daughter of the late Delbert and Ina (Gray) Adair. Bonnie had a love for pottery and knickknacks and loved to collect them. She was a hard worker and loved her job and her co-workers. They could be heard saying that she was the "light" of Mrs. Dunster's for over 10 years. She had a wonderful sense of family and was always accepting of everyone. Bonnie was the give you the shirt off her back type of woman; always lending a hand and loving every moment of a family gatherings. Her extended family fondly remembers the wonderful care she took of her mother-in-law over the past years. Her daughter Krystal and granddaughter Emby were her pride and joy. Bonnie even took her first plane ride to go see her one and only granddaughter. She will live on in the hearts of her loving husband, Edward; her daughter, Krystal Payne and her husband Andrew Blum of Winnipeg; her brother, Jack and his wife Susan Adair of Sussex; her sisters: Debbie Forsythe of Waterford, Freda Adair and Mark Bourque of Rothesay, Ann Flynn and her husband Russell of Saint John and Angela Adair of Sussex; her granddaughter, Emby; as well as several nieces and nephews and extended family members. Mrs. Bonnie Lorraine Payne of Hillsdale, passed away at her home on April 5, 2017 at the age of 56. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Greg Adair Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Friday from 6-8pm. A service celebrating Bonnie's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 11:00 am. If you are considering making a memorial donation the family has recommended the Hammondvale Cemetery or the Canadian Paraplegic Association.
