Obituary of Patrick Gauvin
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Patrick Gauvin of Grande Prairie, AB who passed away on December 28, 2017 at the age of 26.
Patrick was a joy to sail with in the royal Canadian navy. His upbeat and positive attitude always made the worst days at sea so much better. You never left a conversation with Patrick without a smile on your face. Patrick invented the famous navy couch surfing which involved sitting on a couch in rough sea's and sliding into one another. He knew how to make anything fun. We are so lucky to have served with such an amazing person. Patrick you will forever be in our heart you will be strongly missed.
He will live on in the hearts of his parents: Mario Gauvin and Brigitte Noël; his brother, Jessy Gauthier of Sherbrooke, QC; his girlfriend, Laryn Gilmour of Barrie, ON; his aunts and uncles: Robert Noël of Port Alberni, BC, Marie-France Noël, Marcel Tremblay and Pierre-Éric Tremblay all of Québec, QC; his cousins: Claudia Noël, Kassandra Noël, Guillaume Noël and Angie Fortier; as well as many friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Patrick’s life will be held from the Wallace Community Chapel on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 2:30pm.

C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de M. Patrick Gauvin de Grande Prairie, AB, décédé le 28 décembre 2017 à l'âge de 26 ans.
Il vivra dans le cœur de ses parents: Mario Gauvin et Brigitte Noël; son frère, Jessy Gauthier de Sherbrooke, QC; sa conjointe, Laryn Gilmour de Barrie, ON; ses tantes et oncles: Robert Noël de Port Alberni, C.-B., Marie-France Noël, Marcel Tremblay et Pierre-Éric Tremblay, tous de Québec (Qc); ses cousins: Claudia Noël, Kassandra Noël, Guillaume Noël et Angie Fortier; ainsi que de nombreux amis.
Les arrangements sont confiés à la Wallace Funeral Home,
Une célébration de la vie de Patrick aura lieu à la Wallace Community Chapel le dimanche 21 janvier 2018 à 14:30h.
